Data we process

Why we process your data
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form;
- to handle online bookings;
- to process enquiries and applications about working at the clinic;
- to keep the website working correctly;
- to protect the website against spam and misuse.
Legal basis
- Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): taking steps at the request of the person concerned, in connection with the contact form;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller’s legitimate interests in handling correspondence and keeping a record of that contact.
Online booking through felg.app
Our website links to online booking provided through the external felg.app system.
Information processed when you book may include your full name, email address, telephone number and other details needed to arrange the appointment.
Data submitted during booking is processed solely to handle the booking and provide the services. The operator of felg.app processes this data on behalf of the data controller.
Contact forms, complaints and job applications
The contact form sends your name, email address, any telephone number you provide and your message to the clinic so we can respond. The form on the Careers page also sends your CV and attachments so we can contact you about employment.
The complaints form sends your contact details and a description of the matter directly to the clinic owner at mcisakowski@iprodent.pl, so the matter can be investigated and answered. Do not include your PESEL number or paste medical records into the form. If medical records are needed, we will agree separately how to provide them.
Messages are delivered by email using Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and handled in the clinic’s mailbox. The website application does not maintain its own database of submissions. Email and security providers take part in delivering and handling correspondence to the extent necessary to provide their services.
Details of the email delivery provider’s processing are available in the Resend privacy policy. Resend processes and stores data in the United States, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Choosing a European sending region does not keep stored data exclusively within the EEA. Resend’s data processing agreement includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not use the forms to send medical records or information that is unnecessary for your enquiry or job application. To discuss your data or withdraw consent relating to a job application, contact the controller at biuro@iprodent.pl.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the website against spam and misuse.
Using Cloudflare Turnstile may involve transferring user data to Cloudflare, Inc.

Cookies and external services
The website uses external services, including Cloudflare Turnstile form protection and an embedded Google map. When these services load, their providers may receive technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. Each provider explains how its service works and whether it uses cookies.
For information about the map, see the Google privacy policy. You can manage cookies in your browser. Restricting some functions may affect external services.
The Google map on our contact page does not load automatically. It loads when you select Show map, beside information explaining that connection data will be sent to Google. Selecting Hide Google map removes the embedded map and stops it running on the page. This does not delete data already sent to Google or cookies previously stored by that service. You can view the clinic’s address and directions without loading the map.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have it corrected;
- have it erased;
- restrict its processing;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
How long we keep data
We process personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until consent is withdrawn, unless other legal requirements apply.
Changes to this policy
The controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy if the law or the way the website operates changes.
