An on-site dental laboratory at ProDent

ProdentLab is based alongside our dental clinic at Prudnicka 3/1u in Nysa, Poland. Working in the same location allows dentists and dental technicians to discuss the treatment plan, shade selection, try-ins and any adjustments directly.

The laboratory supports care for ProDent patients and also works with other dental practices and laboratories.

Crowns, bridges, veneers and implant restorations

We make restorations supported by natural teeth and dental implants. The ProdentLab website provides details of the materials and services available for individual cases:

  • Crowns, bridges and veneers, including zirconia and ceramic restorations.
  • Implant restorations, including crowns, bridges, bars, superstructures and custom abutments.
  • Supporting laboratory work, including occlusal splints, models, 3D-printed components and surgical guides.

The choice of material and design depends on the treatment plan and the information supplied by the dentist. Explore ProdentLab services.

CAD/CAM: from an impression to a digital design

CAD/CAM combines computer-aided design with computer-aided manufacturing. ProdentLab accepts digital scans as well as conventional impressions and models, so you do not need an intraoral scanner to work with us.

An impression or model can be digitised in the laboratory using a 3Shape scanner. Before design and production begin, we review the supplied information and agree the scope of the work.

In-house metal milling from STL files

We mill titanium and cobalt-chromium alloys (CoCr) in our laboratory using the RS7 UltraLine. These materials are used in restorative and implant dentistry. Our milling service is also available to external dental practices and laboratories.

If you already have a design, you can submit an STL file for metal milling. We check the data and agree the material and scope before production. View the STL milling price list.

Ambarino High Class restorations

ProdentLab also works with Ambarino High Class, a hybrid CAD/CAM material combining a polymer matrix with inorganic fillers. Restorations are milled from a block or disc without conventional post-milling sintering.

Its applications include selected crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and overlays. Suitability depends on the restoration, the material variant and the manufacturer’s indications. The dentist and technician assess the material for each case.

Questions before your first order

How long will my order take?

Turnaround time depends on the type of restoration and the information supplied. We confirm a schedule after reviewing the case so that your practice can plan the patient’s appointments. If you need a particular completion date, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm whether it is possible.

Can I work with you without an intraoral scanner?

Yes. In addition to digital scans and STL files, the laboratory accepts conventional impressions and models that can be digitised.

Which price list should I use?

The scan and impression price list covers restorations made from the records supplied by your practice. The STL milling price list applies when you supply a completed design for production. Contact the laboratory if you are unsure which service fits your case.

Are laboratory prices the same as patient treatment prices?

No. Laboratory work is one part of restorative treatment. At the clinic, your dentist determines the cost of treatment after examining you and discussing your treatment plan.
